WHERE: Opposite the Spruce Goose Van at the Duck Pond, Centennial Park

START TIME: 8.30am during winter, 8:00am during summer/ DST
WHAT: An easy run on flat tarmac, one lap of Grand Drive.
This is the same route as the 5km Walk.
